Your policy offers you access to Experian's Identity Plus service which has all your credit, fraud and web monitoring and alerts in one place, making it easier to spot the signs of any fraudulent activity on your account.

Dedicated Fraud Specialist
If you've been subject to identity fraud, we'll give you your own identity fraud specialist who will work closely with you on a one-to-one basis to help take away the worry and hassle of clearing your name and restoring your credit status.
If you lose identifying documents or become subject to identity fraud, you can opt for us to register you for 2 years with the Cifas National Fraud Database to protect your identity from future misuse. This will ensure that lenders and service providers who are Cifas members will take this into account before granting credit against future products and services in your name. Cifas is a not-for-profit fraud prevention membership organisation and are the UK’s leading fraud prevention service.
Passport & Driving Licence Cover
If your documents are lost or stolen, charges incurred to obtain full replacements will be reimbursed up to £200 per year, including an emergency replacement passport whilst abroad.
Identity Fraud Expenses Insurance
If you become subject to identity fraud, up to £60,000 towards the costs of communication, legal and out of pocket expenses, subject to your policy terms, whilst we help restore your identity.
